1. Have professional property photos taken. Nearly half of home buyers search for their home online first, so you want to make sure you leave a good first (digital) impression.


2. Hire a real estate agent who understands online strategy as much as they know traditional strategies.


3. Respond to buyer questions promptly! No one likes to be ghosted.
